Trash littered around the grounds, overgrown grass and untrimmed bushes!!! Room upgrades desperately needed, stained tub with cigarette burns made the stay unpleasant. High pet fee feels unjustifiable given maintenance issues!!!

The staff I interacted with showed a polite attitude, but unfortunately, there were issues that dampened my stay. I found the tub not properly cleaned, with some mold on the pillowcase. Trash littered the grounds, and the room needed significant upgrades. The air conditioning unit left a noise comparable to LaGuardia airport, making it hard to relax. I had trouble with the TV not functioning initially, and it took multiple calls to the front desk for help, which added to the frustration. A missing hot breakfast option was disappointing too.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was nice and clean. The bedding felt fresh and I loved not having a weird smell when I walked in. The room was spacious enough for my family. We appreciated the towels that smelled brand new, too! Only downside was the need for some updates in the building—it felt a bit dated. But overall, it was a comfy stay!
